The location is perfect, right in the heart of Coldstream. Parking directly outside made it very convenient. Room assigned was clean, which was a positive. Host was exceptionally helpful, especially late at night, ensuring we got in safely. the room felt quite cramped, lacking adequate space to move around. The window didn’t open , and the mattress was overly soft, not providing enough support. Despite the drawbacks, I appreciated the easy self-check-in process. Breakfast was well-cooked and enjoyable, a nice way to start the day.

the self check in was super easy and saved me time. room had decent space, comfy bed and i loved the free coffee and biscuits supplied. perfect location, right in the heart of the town. Ample parking right outside. could easily come back here again just for the convenience.
the walls were way too thin, could hear everything from the next room. the place could use a lil more cleaning, especially the glasses and cups.
